A traditional Air-Compressor with Piston-Punch Electric-Motor Air system to draw in air at rapid fast speeds rather than Piston-Punch Generator - Use Jet system inspired by a Jet Engine 

The compressor draws in air and creates a vacuum to reduce its volume. The vacuum pushes the air out of the chamber and into its storage tank. Once the storage tank reaches its maximum air pressure, the compressor turns off

Air is compressed by air compressors. Air compressors draw in air at an inlet valve, they then compress the air to the required volume and release the pressurised air through the discharge valve into a storage tank. The compression process is usually powered by an electric motor

High powered pressure is then released as air for a pressure washer or air pressure cleaner & or to convert using a catalyst for electricity using a pelton turbine or similar for an EV Motor or series of & battery storage with use of capacitors & additives to increase yields
