In the Tidel Basin to Ocean section we create a drain through system that pushes water from the bottom upward in a turbine that then exits out the other side

A section allowing boats to travel through can be integrated to temporary disable the system to allow traffic through 

River currents flow through the system harnessing Energy from river power like Tidal Ocean power

A section for fish to filter through safely can be utilized

This can add to Hydroelectric Yields & compounds through additives 


Transitioning off Oil-Gas & Nuclear or Dirty Energy globally
