Affixing in a compact form to a compact Axial Flux EV motor designed for a shafts or axel & or equivalent we can use less Energy to get the device up to speed then  disengage the Belt effect to keep the motor going at a coasting speed

A hybrid variant of the two can be used to lower energy use to conserve generated & generating energy converted to spent

Thinking of fuel efficiency we look at generated & generating Energy as the fuel & ways to remain efficient in meeting HP & Torque with Payload requirements
